Background
One of the top dairy producers in the Philippines planned to broaden its packing routine by using excellent milk bottles. They sought containers that would retain freshness, guarantee stability, and facilitate easy distribution. The firm reached out to Minghang to offer them a tailor-made solution to the milk bottle bulk so as to maintain quality consistency and have a dependable supply across their product lines.
Our Challenges
In the company, several problems were caused by different suppliers. These were: inconsistently sized bottles that disrupted labeling and stacking, fragile glass that caused breakage during transportation, and limited customization that restricted branding. Moreover, they needed to do large volume orders to satisfy the demand but they found it difficult to get a supplier who was able to provide them with bulk solutions with consistent quality.
Problem Analysis
As a result of a thorough investigation, the team was able to show three major problems in the company: inconsistent size, delicate content and lack of branding. Existing jars were unable to reach the standards of durability and presentation, which in turn regulated operational efficiency and shelf attraction. They demanded a full customized milk bottle bulk solution to cope with these difficulties.
Solution
Minghang has conceived and manufactured milk bottles that are both strong and uniform, the bottles were optimally designed for bulk supply. The custom molds were made with precision for sizing and the production of glass that was reinforced to reduce the occurrence of breakage during transport. Different capacity options were achieved to satisfy the requirements of both retail and industrial areas, while the design allowed for easy labeling to strengthen brand identity.

Results
The fresh milk bottle bulk solution has positively impacted the transport safety that in turn resulted in less breakage and better visual consistency for retail shelves. The dairies have experienced more efficient logistics, higher consumer recognition, and have been rewarded with good feedback from the distributors.
