Minghang: Leading Glass Packaging Manufacturer 2024 Spring Event

Spring is a spring of change and development, and the time rightly suited our team-building event. Minghang Packaging, being a major manufacturer of glass packaging, appreciates the harmony between professional excellence and environmental balance. With the help of outdoor activities, such as meals cooked in the group, communication with the surrounding nature, our team has become even stronger and more devoted to the principles of sustainable collaboration and environmental management.

Our last team building event was held at a multi-level and multi-functional full service farm house, which is a combination of tourism, catering, accommodation, entertainment and business meetings.
At 10. we all assembled at the door of the farmhouse;

At 10.30 we began to prepare to wash and cut vegetables, and all demonstrated subjective initiative;

11:20 The master has the Ground Pot Chicken, the delicacy, and the dough that we have kneaded so hard to prepare is about to make the staple meal;

12. 00 The roasted entire lamb was ordered, and everybody was anxious to sample it;

Noon:30 with all our joint efforts we had a good dinner ready of our own making, and all the faces were stuffed with a contented grin;

14:00-16.30 After the meal, we put away the plates and the stools, and played together on the farm: seesaws, little trains, feeding sheep, rabbits, etc... everyone had his favorites.

During the planning phase, we carefully took into account all the interests of the people, hobbies and specialties and chose the content and the format of activities according to the real context of the team. There are certain duties and responsibilities of everyone in the team and they conduct their duties just like we do As in any collaboration between Minghang and glass bottle customers every position has its strength. It is only through effective teamwork and communication that we are able to finish work better and serve customers. In this event, all were free to co-operate actively and assist one another, not only in the preparation process, but in the actual event implementation process. It is only through an ideal blend of the strength of the individual with the strength of the team that we can attain better results.

Again, besides being a chance to have a breather to our bodies, this team-building exercise in spring is also a valuable chance, as we can have Minghang explain to us what we should accomplish as a team and as well, make progress. We better understand one another through numerous types of team activities, have improved friendship and have developed a relationship of mutual support and trust. We all had to climb through the incident, and we all survived the ordeal, which created a stronger team consciousness and bond. This has contributed significantly in enhancing our team development and work performance.
