Client Background
A French food company that makes edible oils got in touch with Minghang. They wanted us to create a special 2 in 1 oil dispenser for them. Their big request was a smart packaging design that would combine olive oil and vinegar into one good-looking and practical unit. The idea was to make it super easy for customers, keep the products fresh, and boost their high-end brand image for both stores and bulk buyers.
Our Challenges
The customer faced many challenges. Standard 2 in 1 glass oil bottles often suffer from compartment leakage, causing a risk of cross-polls. Many designs lacked ergonomic purpose and durable glass manufacture. In addition, traditional units offered limited space for branding and labeling, making it difficult to show the product effectively in a premium and visually manner.
Problem Analysis
Minghang identified three major issues: compartment sealing, purpose and branding. Poor cans can compromise the quality of the sealing product. The delicate bottle increased the risk of breaking up during filling and shipping. Limited surface regions obstruct limited labeling options, premium status of the product and the ability to effectively communicate innovative features.
Our Solution
We designed a durable, food-grade, two-one oil dispenser with a seal oil and vinegar compartment, which makes sure to pour easy without leaks. A streamlined labeling area facilitates branding, and the production process supports both small and larger-to-volume orders. Strict quality inspections ensured durability, safety and aesthetically pleasing functionality.

Result
As a result, 2 in 1 oil dispenser exceeded expectations. The French Food Company successfully launched the product line and received positive response from retailers and wholesale customers. The sealed compartment effectively preserves freshness, reduces durable design rupture, and elegant appearance increases the shelf appeal.
