Our customer is a rapidly growing Brazilian beverage company that specializes in natural juice and taste water. They focus on permanent packaging and premium designs to appeal to health-conscious consumers. With the increasing demand for large servings for gym, offices and outdoor enthusiasts, a custom 64 oz water bottle was required, aligning them with the aesthetics of their brand that adds joint functionality, durability and environmentalism.
Our Challenges
The Brazilian brand struggled to find a reliable supplier who could constantly build bottles of large capacity with quality. We produced the initial prototype for testing, recurred on the basis of customer response, and applied efficient manufacturing and packaging processes to ensure frequent quality in all units.

Results
